How it works

Quote. Upload. Filed online.

A simple three-step, fully online process. Built so you don't have to think about your accounts — and don't have to take a day off work to meet an accountant.

The process

Three steps from quote to filed.

  1. 01

    Get a free quote

Tell us about your company or income — limited, landlord, sole trader or VAT-registered. We reply within 24 hours with a fixed fee and exactly what's included. No call required.

  2. 02

    Upload your records online

Once you're happy, share your records through our secure online portal — bank statements, invoices, payroll data. We tell you exactly what we need. No office visits, no paper forms.

  3. 03

    We file on your behalf

Your UK Chartered Accountant prepares everything, walks you through it in plain English, then submits to Companies House or HMRC. Most filings are done in 5–7 working days. You get copies of everything.

Detailed timeline

What happens, day by day.

A typical micro-entity accounts + CT600 job, from enquiry to Companies House confirmation.

  1. Day 0

    You submit the quote form

Takes under a minute. You get an automated confirmation email with a summary of what you sent.

  2. Day 1

    Fixed-fee quote in writing

A chartered accountant reviews your details and emails back with the fixed price, scope, timeline and a list of records needed. No obligation to proceed.

  3. Day 2

    Secure portal access

Once you approve, we send a login to our secure client portal. You upload records — bank statements, invoices, payroll reports — encrypted end-to-end.

  4. Day 3–5

    Preparation & review

We prepare the accounts and CT600 return. An ICAEW Chartered Accountant reviews every line before anything is sent to you.

  5. Day 6

    Your review, in plain English

We walk you through the numbers, highlight any tax-saving opportunities, answer questions. Approve by e-signature.

  6. Day 7

Filed with HMRC & Companies House

We submit on your behalf. You receive confirmation emails, copies of every filing and a calendar reminder for next year.

Security & data

Your records, handled with proper care.

Accounting involves your most sensitive documents — bank statements, HMRC correspondence, payroll. Here's exactly how we handle them.

How data is transmitted

All document uploads use TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. We do not accept documents by email attachment for routine uploads — the secure portal is required. If you must email, we accept password-protected files with the password shared separately.

How data is stored

Client data is stored on UK-hosted servers with encryption at rest. Access is restricted to the accountant working on your engagement and our compliance partner. We retain records for 7 years as required by HMRC and ICAEW, then securely delete.

Third parties

We only share your data with HMRC, Companies House and — where applicable — Xero / QuickBooks / FreeAgent via authorised API integrations. We never sell, rent or share client data with marketing, advertising or aggregator services.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time. Full details in our privacy policy.

Anti-money-laundering checks

As an ICAEW-regulated firm, we're required by UK law to carry out AML checks on every new client (passport, proof of address, ownership checks). This is non-negotiable — any firm that doesn't is operating illegally.
